Here is a powerful techique for managing daily hassles. Please follow these instructions:

    1. Sketch out or download the tombstone and write your name on the top of the tombstone.

    2. Under your name write down something that recently caused you to get stressed.

    3. Ask yourself ... "how would this item look on my tombstone?" If it looks appropriate then you know that it is worth getting stressed about.

    4. If it looks crazy in this context then laugh about it and move on. Keep it on hand, you'll find it will make a big difference.
