Blueberries and the Stress of Wear and Tear

Anthocyanin is a powerful antioxidant that is highly efficient in removing Free Radicals from the body. Free Radicals have been implicated in the ageing process.
Ageing is the end result of wear and tear which starts with the tumbles of infants and ends with the fragility of old age. Stress will wear us down if we live long enough.
We cannot stop or turn back the ageing process but we can slow it down. Antioxidants assist in this process, particularly powerful ones like Anthocyanin.
Dark blue fruits and red ones are rich in Anthocyanins.
So a deep red apple a day can help plus a handful of blueberries.
Get some colour into your body and slow down the wear and tear!
